Joomla Template (based on psd) - experter only!

Hello Bidders, this project is only for experter Project is about making a joomla template out of a ready PSD file. This is the Design: [login to view URL] inspired by this one: [login to view URL] The template should be completely dynamically editable, i.e. dynamic navigation, editable teaser boxes and images ... Keep in mind that it should be a real dynamic template. I can do a static template on my own with ease... This project also includes minor fixes and smaller graphical works which are not part of the spec file or this description. As far as it fits my needs and experter send me all required files i will release the escrow.
