Comments: Souvik has the spirit to find the solution and demonstrated a 'no quit" attitude when he was stuck midway. He proactively gave alternative options and showed determination to get the work done. Although the estimated timeline was missed, I still credit him for his determination to work right upto the finish line and ensure that the requirement was properly met, instead of closing things in a haste. He is young and willing to go the extra mile to get it done. His communication is clear and comprehension skills are good.
