Comments: I was not that impressed with Mark. Despite me confirming that he absolutely knew what the job was about before commiting, he said he could do it. I ended up doing a camtasia video to explain it to him and helping him with code. I paid him in full as he did complete the job but not to my high standards. I also gave him an extra 4 days as he had exams and I didn't want him to start the job until after his exams. Despite this it still took another 8 days to get the 3 day project done so he seemed to have some time allocation issues. He has basic programming and css knowledge only. I will not be working with Mark again.
