Incomplete Report: the provider did not complete the project finding every time a different excuse and promising to make up on his mistakes. I send him different mails pointing to him different errors that were made but he did not do a single thing about them, avoiding every time the subject and finding excuses. he wasn't able to finish the project!!!
 » swapneal's reply: Asked for 500 registrations which were promptly delivered and then asked for 500 products too to be registered, we did 190 of them without asking extra payment, and he suddenly says need to add images too to the products page. Doesnt know exactly what is needed.

Incomplete Report: The provider didn't show any commitment to work, was not able to deliver what he committed and above all that didn't even bother to communicate as what the problem is and why he didn't deliver. It has been over 2 days since he has communicated, hence reporting his work as Incomplete.

Incomplete Report: This provider starts out great, fast response and quick delivery of template designs. Initial project didn't work out. Gave this provider a second chance, again fast and responsive to start, shows template designs, and then disappears. We won't be trying again.

Incomplete Report: Well, first he told us to post escrow and it would be delivered in 24hrs - both bits clearly not part of what we posted in our description. Next he came back and told us files were missing (none were) and that integrating a provided bit of Flash code into the slice made the project something entirely different. Then he came back and said it was already started and not to worry. Then he came back again, told us he had stopped the project and accused us of blackmail. Nonsense. This guy is a game-player. Do not work with 'Sam'.
 » swapneal's reply: The description of the project and the project is exactly the opposite. It says xhtml+css and the project involves flash and javascript integration. I now understand why GAF insists on "NO WORK WITHOUT ESCROW" and why some members go for "NO ESCROW".
