Comments: This was my first experience with Yurilad and I have to admit that I was highly impressed with his excellent work ethics: - Very accurate work with highly competive pricing(practically unbeatable pricing). - Fast project WIP feedback with excellent communication skills and right to the point. - Ability/willingless to follow instructions to the letter and also use his own experience to suggest improvemenrs. If I can judge from this first experience, I would not hesitate at all to engage Yuri in any additional work that needs to be done and I would recommend that you give him a chance to prove same with your own prrojects.

Comments: Yurilad was an exceptional choice for our Delphi/.NET project. He stood apart from the crowd and displayed shocking excellence in the following areas 1) while our project specs changed from time to time, he was able to adapt to our changing needs; 2) he did so with amazing patience at a level previously unseen; 3) he always kept his cool; 3) he always believe in himself; 4) he was able to do a suprising number of customizations for us without "nickle and diming" us for every little thing, which ultimately made working with his company a true pleasure. He came through for us, but went above and beyond the call of duty. In the end it's not just his skills, but his values, that separates him from the crowd of talkers. Yurilad stuck it out and in the end we chose to pay a 100% bonus from original bid, a rare move for us, but certainly earned! This guy won't let you down. Yurilad, we're already hunting for more projects for you. Exceptional job. Exceptional human being.
