Incomplete Report: Unfortunately whether it was due to lack of communication or unclear instructions we had a slight dispute, scandalsolutions thought they had delivered project finished, however 75% was completed, we both agreed this was a fair percentage to be apply to payment.
» scandalsolutions's reply: his site runs on flash encoded completely so we came to him that it needs to be decoded to place metatags,content,image optimization etc.but he instead posted a dispute and we finally agreed to have 75% payment when rightly more than 85%is completed. we have even produced him the metatags. you have to be understanding in future.
