Incomplete Report: I sent half of the payment to this provider, as he had finished the design part. After that, he delayed the rest of the project for about 2 weeks and didn't get anything else done. I was already pissed off so I told him that I would finish the project myself because I couldn't wait anymore. He agreed at that time, and now is threatening to sell that design to other people. A summary of the provider: - Complained about the project budject all the time, even after HAVING BID for such budget; - Delayed the project for TWO WEEKS after the deadline given; - Did not give updates on the project status on a regular basis; - Is threatening me to resell the website design that I did pay for. --DO NOT EVER CHOOSE THIS PROVIDER--
