Comments: The buyer could not stick to what he said before. We agreed on a concept, then after the work was done, he made me change it completely, which i did, then later he comes and tell me to add other stuffs and refused to pay for more money. His site is www.0to99care.com and he refused to pay me.
 » ravishingbeauty1's reply: Yognel was hired to build a site like care.com - I got 0to99care.com. When aksed about the navigational and database functions of the site - he said he was working on them and promised that it would be 100% functional in 3 weeks - 3 weeks has turned into 4 months. The site has broken links, bugs, navigational errors and pages missing and sections where nothing happens at all. Bottom line, I didn't change my mind I knew from the start what I wanted Yognel just couldn't build it the quality of work he's left behing speaks of his workmanship.
