The provider was unable to do the work because of the type of articles requested, therefore the buyer suggested a simplier tasks but never delivered the project. Her communication is not clear nor does she comprehend. THIS PROJECT IS NOT INCOMPLETE...IT WAS NEVER STARTED..I DO NOT HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF SPINNING ARTICLES AND THAT WAS NOT DISCUSSED BEFORE THE PROJECT WAS STARTED..
