Incomplete Report: Joe put in a bid much lower than the scope of the project. It was unfair of me to ask him to continue at the price he entered. Project discontinued by mutual agreement. Nice guy,good programmer, we wish him well.

Comments: This was my second project with Joe. As with the first endeavor, Joe demonstrated a high level of technical competence. More importantly, he was persistent enough to get "everything right" with my programming. He obviously enjoys his work, too, which makes the process a joy for the customer (me). Do yourself a favor and pick Joe for your next job. You'll definitely get your money's worth.

Comments: Joe did an excellent job on my scrolling text book. He is a very creative person, as well as being technically skilled. He worked patiently with me to "tweak" the functions until they were just perfect, and looked great. I will certainly be using Joe again for my next project. I highly recommend you use Joe.

Incomplete Report: Avoid this programmer! Programmer took the job even though he had many pending jobs and is absolutely a programmer to avoid. Not worth even waiting... hire an awesome Eastern European who are better programmers anyway.
 » joedeveloper's reply: Be very careful when dealing with this character. After I accepted his project he changed the scope. First it was meant to be a search interface to twitter. Then he tells me that he wants to store *all* twitter communication. He wanted me to build a bot that befriends *all* twitter users. I tried to explain that this was likely to get banned very quickly. For the purposes of capturing *all* tweets it would be useless. I did not want to waste his time or mine so when I realized that he was serious I asked him to cancel the project, I released the escrow to him and moved to 'cancel by mutual agreement'. His response is to post vindictive comments and choose a negative form of project cancellation. He has low technical competence and a tenuous grasp of reality, He tries to pass of the work of John Secord and Erich Schubert as his own. Yet another spoiled pretty boy with more dollars than sense.
