Incomplete Report: Isra is native speaker but I received poor quality translations maybe just because the subject of translation was too technical for him.
 » Isra's reply: Good, when I accepted the project, I thought it was about "Internet", and then I found that technical material. You really have to know about that technical subject to understand it and do a perfect translation. Anyway I tried to do my best and put a lot of effort and even dont sleep to finish the translation. First document was said to be good... however Second document, they said it was not really, which I really dont understand, as the subject was the same and I think I did a good work...

 » Isra's reply: It was my fault, I thought the software was the same i had worked several times before because it was also Trados and i got confused, then i got the files and realised that it wasnt the same program once i had accepted the bid and i am very sorry for that.
