Comments: At first I thought I would have to fire this guy. But after several revisions, he not only got everything right, but did it in such a way as to make it scalable. He ended up exceeding the original requirements. And he continued to work even though he was incapacitated due to medical issues. A very strong work ethic not found in all persons.
