Comments: Juan is First Class. Before we even awarded him the project, he demonstrated that he could block the browser. This was a complex project (look at the spec). We ran into unexpected challenges and Juan rose to the occasion every time, providing one creative solution after another. Juan communicated *daily.* We probably exchanged over 200 emails. We worked as a team; he coded, we tested. In the end we received a beautiful application along with the well commented source files. We now have an elegant solution for blocking internet browsing on modern BlackBerry devices, soon to be made available for free at GodThots.com. I highly recommend you consider this very competent programmer. He is friendly and professional. I really enjoyed working with him. He went beyond my expectations and I was happy to give him a 20% bonus. I hope to work with Juan again in the future.
