Simple website $ 250 in 3 days 05-07-2009 -
Incomplete Report: After a start with good initial feedback, the impression was that the project was well on its way. However, the provider has not delivered despite repeated emails to remind him.
» BalancedLifeNow's reply: At the project start I immediately contacted the buyer. After numerous e-mails back and forth to determine exactly what was desired the project started. When I requested content, photos and account information, the buyer said none of this was ready. THE BUYER REQUESTED that the project be delayed. Eventually the buyer finally started coming through with bits and pieces of the content. At this time, it was well past the three days I guaranteed due to the buyer's delay request. When I schedule a project to be completed, I have to budget the time I spend on that project. I ALWAYS deliver on time. The buyer wanted me to put his project in front of my other clients when he decided to resume the project! This is not fair to my other clients I have made promises to. Freelancers beware - the client did not pay for the portion of the work that was completed since I would not put his project above my other clients' projects.
