Comments: Overall I was more than satisfied with Hoppy’s efforts to develop a web application to meet the needs of my company. He took the time to be sure he understood what I wanted, his years of experience showed in every aspect of the system. He asked questions that showed he was aware of the larger business picture as well as the technical consequences of each decision at the same time. He delivered the initial version of the system quickly and with very few programming errors. He worked well with others involved in the larger system, always focused on finding a solution, regardless of who had to implement it. He constantly pushed to move the project along. Had a “let’s get it done” attitude. He made sure that the system was to my satisfaction at every stage. Did not avoid changes because they were difficult, just did them without complaint, and quickly as well. If you are ever lucky enough to get Hoppy to do a project for you, you are lucky indeed.
