Comments: This freelancer's work is good. He did everything indicated in my project description and stuck with it, making several changes and corrections as requested. He knows what he is doing. The only reason I didn't give him a 10 is because communication was a little slow. (But it never took more than a day to get back to me.) I'll use him again and would recommend him.
