Comments: Sorry to say after reading her 10 star rating, I found mobilguru to be very unprofessional. She seems very forgetful and absent-minded. I didn't want to give a low rating,TRIED to avoid it, but I have no choice. My goal joining GAF was to get work drawing cartoons, do the best job I can, and to forge positive working relationships with clients, not disparage them. But my rating is based on facts & statements which I can verify: Emails/pms requesting payment ignored for a week. No feeedback stating any specs except THEY ARE FINE . Week later wants image redone and decides to withhold partial payment. I suspect the rating given to me by mg will be based more on retaliation than honest experience. I feel I did everything I could to forge a positive working relationship- but, in my opinion, ignored emails for a week and withholding /delaying payment for the lack of mind-reading is unprofessional.
 » mobilguru's reply: We had alot going on this week and were unable to give the kind of feedback/specs needed to get the right results. This was our first experience working with an artist as opposed to a coder or writer, and it was very different since it was difficult to put our wants into words from the start. In the end, full payment was given and we have no hard feelings (or retaliatory feedback!) It was a good learning experience and Harringtoon is a good artist.
