Comments: The end product looks great. We had some ups and downs throughout the project, but it was all worthwhile. Had the communication been better, I would have rated the experience a 10. The price was fair, and I would definitely work with them again.

Comments: Did a great job of customizing the website exactly how I wanted. I was very detailed on what I wanted and they delivered all of my changes quickly and accurately. I highly recommend using them for website design and I plan to use them in the future for other projects.

Incomplete Report: Brandon Washington is a liar and a con-artist who will tell you anything to get your business and then fail to deliver. Everything was going well with him until I started not receiving any emails or updates. I continued to email and call him with no response to either. Finally I got a hold of him and he told me he no longer wants to work with me and hung up the phone. I tried to get my money back and still he hasn't responded. please dont work with a POS like this.

Incomplete Report: WARNING!!! BEWARE!!!...this provider will tell you ANYTHING to get your business. He told us that he'd use the B2B version of CRELoaded, we accepted his bid, paid him for the first half of the project, he told us he would purchase the B2B version w/the money, and then he took our money, started the project, installed the FREE open source version of CRELoaded and then decided to NOT finish the project because he didn't want to pay for the B2B version he promised us. Not only are we out of our money but we have to put up MORE money to get the site complete in 3 days for our client! We were the first buyer to give this provider business on GAF (see their first project). But for the 2nd project with this provider...we were not so lucky and regret going with them again. We will NEVER recommend this provider to anyone again, and if we could undo it, we would never have gone with them in the first place.
 » black17media's reply: did client a favor in the first place by taking the job at such a low amount, then tried to make US purchase the professional version of Cre loaded which we just could not do and even break even let alone make money on this project.

 » black17media's reply: client made 3 out of 4 milestone payments, but after being cursed out for a week straight becuase the job was not yet done, when the client never even bothered to actually check the updates, I zipped the files and send him what he had paid for up to that point.

Incomplete Report: Brandon Washington is a Liar and a scam artist. WATCH OUT for this bidder, he is a 26 year old nobody who runs this business from a PO box and a small apartment in Little Rock. He outsources all of his work to India then blames other people when he cannot finish a project. DO NOT HIRE HIM, he will not finish your project, take your money, then say Oh Well.
 » black17media's reply: client paid 4, count them 4 milestone payments, and got irrate becuase the merchant (that they chose, not use) would not fix the payment issue, and would not resopnd to us. EXTREMELY unprofessional client.

Comments: Black17Media saw this project thru to the end and fixed all 143 issues that came their way. This was a large scale project with a lot of components that required a lot of custom coding. Black17Media provided a completely custom based website from the ground up with a custom admin panel to provide full control of just about all site features. In the end they built a well oiled machine, and we HIGHLY recommend them to anyone out there looking for a custom shop that will get the ENTIRE job done right.
