Incomplete Report: This project was supposed to be done the next day. Two days later provider contacted me and said they'd had a hard drive crash. Told him requirements again, re-sent files, he apologized and said it would be done that night. I IM'ed several times over the next few days and he signed off immediately upon my messaging. Three days later, he IM's me and says he's sorry he was late and wants my email. Sample sent did not follow my instructions in any way, shape, or form. He did not respond to my IM saying it was unacceptable This is the *original* logo he was given, as a psd file http://www.zolaweb.com/images/zolaweb_logo.jpg This is the "improved" logo. http://www.zolaweb.com/temp/zolaweb_logo.jpg I will not use this provider again.

Incomplete Report: Unfortunately I didn't receive anything I had asked for and neither I have been contacted. I just realized that I lost 35$ because they started a dispute and I havent't checked it for a week, so they automaticaly won. I gave all the instructions of the work via msn. DOn't trust them! Use at your own risk!!
 » hasanvertex's reply: He doesn't use compute regularly. I continue try to knock him, but he all time is offline, that's reason i dispute my money. He already get this work.
