Incomplete Report: The software didnt work perfectly.
» DerickM's reply: Balakabd downloaded the software and then claimed that it wasn't working correctly when the same software was provided to others who are still using it successfully and are all happy with it. Balakabd obviously cannot follow simple instructions. Then he deliberately attempted to frustrate by sending countless support emails even though the answers to his questions were in the support FAQ's that came with the software. I could have lodged a dispute against him, but for the $50 for the software it wasn't worth it. BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT SELLING ANYTHING TO BALAKABD. I will never do any business with him again, he is not reccomended.
