Comments: Delivered the banner in 24 hours, did every modification we asked for, as we asked for, and was very professional and polite in all communications. HIs banner design portfolio did not match our european taste, but we liked the blink/flash effects some of their animated gifs had, so we gave him a try. After a few design guidelines we was able to create the design as we needed. After this work we are going to hire him for anothe banner design project.
