Incomplete Report: Average communication skills, however unable to make any deliverable in terms of "demo". I doubt he has private issues mixed up with his work, which stops him to become serious about his job commitments. I warned him from 5th. week of his acceptance that if he is unable to keep his promise then his reliability is under judgement. And today it seems he gave up and gave me permission to write this report -:((if I can't wait. Height of irresponsibility. Please be careful of his promise(s), if you have deadline. Now I am back to the start "after" six(06) WEEKS of chasing a ghost
