Incomplete Report:
This vendor did nothing for 4 days and would not reply to our communications. This vendor only reinitiated contact with us after we closed their account and reassigned the project to a capable coder from a duplicate project we posted here at GAF. The alternate vendor delivered this project in 10 minutes without hassles, without nonsense and with almost no clarifications - he knew what he was doing. This vendor has no clue what they doing. This vendor claimed we changed scope, this vendor installed an SDK that was not needed, this vendor claims we changed specifications -- and much more nonsense. We offered this coder the opportunity to reimburse us the $5 this failed project cost us to avoid us reporting this as the Failed Project it was. This coder refused to reimburse us the $5 this Failed Project cost us and claimed we were trying to blackmail him - more nonsense. This is not a real vendor. This is someone who is pretending to be a vendor, at the least.
» soyatec's reply: This buyer has a stranger behavior to drive the project. It gives more complete project description after project awards. And he forgot the project goes through a period of vacation. When we come back to ask adjust the estimation, he refuses systematically to discuss this issue and addresses us blindly a blackmail.
