Comments: Provider dissapeared with no communication for 10 days. Unable to reach him. He prommised to finish job in 15 days. Did not delivered. Although he has a previous bad report I took my chances because timeframe was critical and I have learned my lesson. Do not ever hire him or you will paid for this mistake.

Comments: He accepted a project that he was not qualified for, after lying and saying that he could do it. He lead me on for quite a while before he finally just stopped anwering my emails and never finishing the application.

Never heard anything else after my comments on the horrible state of the first draft - no response to instant messgages or e-mails for over a week. would highly recomend looking for a different provider.
