Incomplete Report: I had a real hard time with this provider. He is full of excuses....taken advance and didnt returned my money easily...I had to go through the legal way. I suggest you NOT to select this provider ever - the most unprofessional and unethical guy I ever worked with in my life. He soiled my relationship with my client by his working methodology - high promises, zero delivery.
 » value4money's reply: The project specs change everyday and no one can deliver on time. One fine midnight, I am informed that the project is closed. Refund was impossible since i already worked on the project, but still I made the donation since I don't get into problems for piddly sums of money..!

Incomplete Report: constant delays and after almost 2 weeks, I don't think he did anything on the project. It really set me back terribly.
 » value4money's reply: Delay was due to my unexpected hospitalization. Moreover I sent him a chapter to check and let me know and that would not have been possible with complete research and analysis. It was sent attached in the PMB, so there is no denying it. In fact, it was waste of time for me since I got paid nothing... and I had almost 85% done!

 » value4money's reply: Phil says I do not complete in time, but for every instruction i need i have to email him thrice and it takes three days top get the next comment or instruction. So, delays are evident since no freelancer works part by part since they have other projects planned, this had to be delayed. Phil should look for a salaried full timer who i can waste time on salary, not a freelancer for whom time is money..!

I understand businesses have problems and value4money demonstrated great communication to resolve the problem, and it was resolved very amicably. I made it perfectly clear to value4money I will absolutly give them a second chance, that type of communication is hard to come by.

Comments: I will not use this provider again for the following reasons: 1. Did not deliver on time. 2. First delivery of articles was of VERY poor quality. 3. Did not follow project outlines with regards to payment 4. After redo of all articles, quality still poor, but usable with a lot of changes. Although we're going to make use of the work done, we have spend far too long on the work to justify the cost. I have used to other providers to provide similar work and was very happy with their performance.
 » value4money's reply: The webmaster is right about late deliveries, but about quality they did not have any problems with the first lot delivered. In fact, they asked me to continue saying that they were fine. Moreover, since none else has any qualms about our quality, it is transparent that the instructions were not spot on.

Comments: Seller did not follow instructions. I provided 3 list of keywords but the articles that came back did not contain my keywords. It was totally different. I wonder where on earth they got their keywords and how they did their research, or base on what? Also during project I emailed seller many times but my queries were attended to very very late. The answers provided were also unsatisfactory and did not reassure me; i had to email a few times just to get 1 answer. The tone used in the email were also pretty unfriendly; seller was confident of delivering b4 the dateline but in the end still cannot make it. The sample articles sent are indeed out of this world...cos i had no idea what keywords it's based on. I do not recommend this seller to anybody. Pls be careful.

Comments: this user bid on a project to deliver 50 articles of 200wds each in 5 days or less. He bid over my budget amount and I accepted because I believed based on previous ratings he would offer outstanding results. After 2 days, I had only received 10 of the 50 articles, some of which were not the minimum word count. 2 days after that, I received another set of 4 articles, for a total of 14 out of 50 that were supposed to have been delivered. Again, out of the 4, not all were the required 200 words. It is now day 6, a day after project should have been completed, and I have only received 14 out of 50 articles. The writing itself is decent- however I would have gone with another provider who could deliver on time and for less money.
 » value4money's reply: Debbie was supposed to pay me in lots of 10, after I sent in 10, she changes and says that she will pay me after the whole project is finished, she did not escrow either, after all we are all here to earn and trust is built on experience, I was working with her for the first time.
