Incomplete Report: Provider stated fast turn-around but then contacted us to inform us of a valid excuse ... moving offices, etc. Though I don't doubt he would have done a great job on our project, we DID need immediate work and he wasn't available (contrary to his bid). We had to re-post the project to look for another provider.
