Incomplete Report: I am very disappointed with Rachel, We agreed to finish the forum by Tuesday. I delayed this by a day but she didnt start altering my site will wednesday. The site broke and my developer said this was Rachel's doing. My other developer fixed it Rachel did not, nor did she contact me to tell me what happened. I told Rachel she broke the site and was already a day late, she responded by cancelling the project and blaming me for not answering one question. This is poor work as she started the project without clarifying the question and ignored the fact I didnt answer then because of poor programming she blamed the failure on me as an excuse. I am not impressed she cancelled without even contacting me to resolve the dispute and not impressed that she could not negotiate a deal. She promised website traffic included and failed on both arrangements. I would not use her again as she lacks the expertise she says she has.

Comments: Superb quality articles delivered fast. And I mean FAST. I gave a faily vague set of instructions of what I required, and somehow Rachael anticipated exactly what I wanted! Yet again I am left impressed and pleased by the work; I will certainly be using Rachael again in the future!
