Incomplete Report: You can look at the pm and see that we were promise a completion of the site by yesterday and no respond from the freelancer. We are forced to re-post the bid again.
 » volvolabs's reply: This is a confused buyer without any technical knowledge. We were hired to provide 3 banners and the HTML of the first page(All conversation in the PMB, uploaded at http://volvolabs.com/gaf/bannerexchange.txt). Please review if you want to judge who is guilty. Firstly the buyer did not replied to our mail for the first 3 days and next day came online and asked us to hurry and fit the HTML to the first page which is supposed to be done through the Admin panel. This buyer is new to GAF and have no technical knowledge. You can judge how stupid this buyer is, the description is posted for Banner design and we did not received any information of the banner sizes during the period infact we were said to redesign the index page and update it through the admin panel. Huh, Foolish Clients.
