Comments: don't know what the previous employer ment by saying that "communicating was a bit tedious" because I had no problems communicating with manageo. From the work he did for me I can say that he realy tried his best.

Comments: work was done competently. clearly extended every effort to make sure i was happy. communicating was a bit tedious, as i could not reach him on a regular schedule. asked for lots of inline comments in the code, which i did not get. but i think george has lots of potential.
