Incomplete Report: I am forced to stop because he doesn't work in serious way. he is not motivated in his job. He is not able to read about 20-25 pages. He doesn't want to work in serious way, I understand beause he is homeless.
 » postchadha's reply: Refer my PM of today on the second day he has started threatening me of the negative feed back, he does not have human understanding, he does not know what is motivation the essence behind any success of the project. He is not willing to contact me on the GAF PM, which I have asked him. I can attach all my mails exchanged with him. He does not have any training system which he claims to be training: some how I am not happy with the way the things are happening or progressing. The training you call is actually not a training. Trainings are started as a brief of activities, which shall take place in the form of write ups with examples how to do and various modules. I was disturbed by your mentioning of the negative feed back. The success of training depends on the motivation and not on negative feedback. For details refer my today's PM to him because it exceed the limit.
