Incomplete Report: this guy is a scam artist. he gets you to put money into the escrow then he will tell you he can't do the job for the amount agreed upon. when you ask him to cancel the escrow he will charge you 25% .. claiming he has done research. bullshit.. STAY AWAY! teri bhaan di fudi salea!
» AGSTechnologies1's reply: The kind of abusive words that the buyer has used (In Hindi) that he has posted above, gives a clear picture of what kind of person he is. The buyer awarded me project at $725. I started with the database design, made a home page template and also got it approved from him. Then the next day he sent me an email saying that he needs many added features like “Microphone System” and “Webcam Application”, at the same cost. I told him that this would be a completely different set of programming and would not be feasible in that budget. He said that if I wanted to do the project at that cost, then I can do so or else, he has other providers waiting. Then we came to a conclusion that we will discontinue the project as the requirements increased many folds but the cost that was wanted us to do those for was the same. We gave him the design and the database work and settled the escrow. Later, he came back and left me an Incomplete Report while he being at fault.
