Incomplete Report: Programmer wants 60% extra because: - Other programmers bid more - Multi Lingual should be mentioned while this is a standard feature of this system. Forgot to check feedback before I choose this programmer (stupid me), looks I'm not the only unhappy customer!
 » agiorlando's reply: Buyer did not mention multi-lingual features, I simply asked for $30 additionally and he declined. I stated that it would have been a good idea to mention the multi-lingual features he wanted in the first place, not wait until I accepted the project. He then proceeded to attack my intelligence and I stopped communication with this buyer. Please be warned service providers of this buyer.

Incomplete Report: The provider was not able to finish the project as agreed. He said he will have the project done on time and on budget. At the end he failed both. I will not hire him ever again. If you're looking to hire him, please make sure he really understand your assignment. I wouldn't want you to waste time and money like I did.
 » agiorlando's reply: I have a copy of the original spec along with a 100% working demo exactly to spec. Will show at request. He made several changes to the spec, most of which I complied with, some of which I did not. Resulting in an 'incomplete' project by his understanding. Oh well.
