Incomplete Report: Winner said that he can't do it
» vkxxiii's reply: I explained to IvanGonzalez that I would no longer be able to complete his project by the agreed on deadline. I informed him that my computer accessibility would be limited for a period of time. I worked on the project for a few days before-hand, and didnt charge him for any of the work ($30 would have been sent to me for this work, then I would complete the promoting for the second installment of $30) and I gave him a very detailed documentation of all the work I did so that he could get the work done cheaper, sense there was less that would need to be done. I explained to IvanGonzalez that I was sincerely sorry that I could no longer be part of his project, As I would have loved to complete it, and through all my efforts, he still feels dissatisfied.
