Comments: Although a very clear and concise requirements document was drafted, initial communication problems hindered the project and caused some delay. The project was quoted for 5 days, however it took closer to 18 days. I was disappointed and frustrated however at the low-level of testing that was conducted by OrangeLabs. I had to do a lot of the basic functionality testing to ensure that the site worked as it should. The project was completed succesfully however and I am ecstatic about the result. It is what I am after and I have received great value for my money. I must emphasise that in all liklihood it was a communications barrier that hindered the project more than anything else.
