Incomplete Report: provider's failure
 » ElleStudio's reply: This is a misunderstanding on a project prior to the actual web design project. Upon acceptance of the bid, I have completed a small personal project for him overnight. The next project is a logo design which we had a misunderstanding about. I have sent 7 mock-ups and already made 3 revisions (resulting to 23 various designs overall). He then saw something on the net which is a bit similar to one of the mock-ups. I am truly not aware that something similar already existed. I stand by my work and I honestly provide all clients original artworks with the best of my ability. This is quite unfortunate since I am looking forward to the actual web design project. I am sorry and good luck.

Comments: We are so glad to have Elle as our 1st service provider on getafreelancer.com. We never know it will be this easy to find an extremly tallent graphic designer with an over-the-top service!!! Elle is extremly helpful, she listens to all details that we wanted and is very easy to communicate to. She is also very patient with us even though we had a little issue with paypal to clear the payment transaction for couple of days. The ad turned out great and was delivered to us in a timely manner. We could not have a such beautiful ad without her help!!I would definitely recommend her to anyone!!! Good job, Elle! Thanks a lot!!!! It was a GREAT experience for us!
