 » proloy's reply: How can you lie that you sent me some money? You are such a liar. You never set an escrow as agreed on PM. So, how come you can think I may start your work. I can prove that you never sent me any payment. Can you prove you set an escrow? I always admitted my fault when someone reported against me or given me bad feedback. But in your case I cannot stand this big lie. God saved me, you must not have paid even if I completed your work. You are cheater.

Comments: The web site eventually came out was good. However, I had to personally perform quality control functions, including broken-link checking, functionality testing and confirming that original commitments were made. The work was not completed in a timely manner. It took months when I was told it would be done in weeks. I can accept the provider had several personal issues, but when told he was on vacation, I was frustrated. Provider demanded payment and a 10 score. Ironically, I made the mistake of making the final payment a month earlier. With delays, shoddy initial work and demanding money when already paid, I was highly unhappy with the provider. I thought asking for a 10 score was the final insult, until he launched a dispute against me for lack of payment. When it was discovered he had already been paid, he asked me to “forget about” him. The provider’s lack of integrity was highly disturbing, I would not use him again.
 » proloy's reply: My bid was of $56 which included the form work. But later in PMB he include total redesign of the website, xHTML/CSS and site migration. You can see the site at www.kevinpanet.com, right now it showing the site which I made. He agree to pay me $155 for the whole work and escrow $78. After 50% work was over I asked him to release this $78 and escrow rest of $77 as I was uploading to his hosting. But at that time he refused to pay me and said he already paid me in full. After some week he escrow $77 and I completed the work. But he refuse to release it until I do additional work, which I did and still he didn't released it. I opened a dispute to get my money and got 75% of $77 at last. What he is saying is not true? Yes I went out of town with my mom as she got hospitalize and doctor recommended whether change. I told him that, proposed to quite and give him the files which I have that times, but he wanted me to work.

Incomplete Report: developer has very bad communication. he is fast to accept project but took longer than he said. Always had messenger status as "offline" never replied there either. Would not recommend to use as developer.
 » proloy's reply: "fredc15" in the project description mentioned that the work is to modify a template to create a new website. When I accepted the project he sent me a template, a wireframe layout and some instruction. After Studying those I found that the work is not a template modification,but is to completely new template. That's why I didn't worked on this project as "fredc15" wanted to get a new design and website for the price of a site modification. So, this guys write something in projects description and changes it after accepting the project and threats to leave bad feedback. Beware of this Service Buyer.
