Incomplete Report: Project was to be completed in 7-10 days. Now almost 30 days and almost NOTHING has been done. Provider is asking for more money. He never fully read the requirements prior to bid. Get this - He shows me his project update of a standard Joomla component (SOBI2)- he tells me he programmed this. He is full of crap. Don't use this guy - bad news.
