Incomplete Report: HORRIBLE-WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!Be aware as the marks on his services do not reflect at all his lack of professionalism and inability to follow simple instructions. 1-He promised to deliver in 7 days and after so many promises and 2 moths I finally had to cancel.Now on arbitrage, he is lying that he was always waiting for our instructions. Such a lying behaviour should not be tolerated on this site!2-He blames everybody but himself for his inability to accomplish his job. He blamed the previous coder, and then he blamed me for "excessive" requirements. The truth is that he was not able to reproduce a simple snapshot with detailed explanations and when he was trying to fix something he was destroying many other already fixed components without even noticing that.This way I had to go back and ask him to fix the destroyed things but then he was mixing up other things...It became a total nightmare.None of the 8 requirements were completed. AVOID THIS INCOMPETENT,DISHONEST LIAR!

He requested many more requirements that is not in original requirements. He cheated us, after we uploaded all our works into his server, he closed his server without inform us. He is using our services but he don't pay us. For all providers, please carefully if you work with him, because he is LIE MAN.
