Incomplete Report: the provider was failed to provide services as per requirement and terms agreed through email correspndence , The provider voluntarily cancelled payment which I had put in escrow for that project, after the cancellation of escrow payment by provider, I dont bear any liability on paying and going furhter with that project and service provider as well
 » jsowmyan's reply: The service buyer seemed to need the accounts for an illegal activity and he wanted me to supoort for it. At no cost I will do such services. His requirements were far from legal and he has many accounts in GAF. So I decided Its better to cancel the project than to go against GAF and other cyber laws. Also I request GAF to ban such buyers and make GAF a clean place to trade and serve.
