| Comments: I really do not know why he is allowed to BID here. I do not know if he is a good programmer or not because i neved had the chance to find out. Never had the project that i payed him for. And i payed him more than the agreement amount. The funny thing is that everytime i tryed to contact him he was "out of station" as he was saying but i could see him BID on new projects. My advise... Do not trust a THIEF like Rahmanali. I have all of conversations through MSN recorded so if anyone is interested to know exactly how i treated him. I wish that i could post a URL here so that anyone could see what kind of man he is. He probably lives with the "prepays" of the projects. He will certainly reply to this post saying he is the good guy. He always does. But you can understand the truth if you see that he won 9 projects after mine and i am still waiting. HE SHOULD BE EXCLUDED FROM GAF. |
