Incomplete Report: He bidded for 25 days and $400. We started officially at 02/07. First mockup at 07/07. Final mockup 12/07. Partial payment $100 on 13/07 as agreed. A very poor in functionality website (15% done) claiming that it was 50% done on 06/08,25 days ever since I released the payment and 34 since the start of project! EXACTLY the same website claiming that big improvements were made on 24/08. Today is the 27/08 and I am terminating this project. If he could do it he would have done it already. I believe he is DANGEROUS for this site as people trust him with their time and money. It was a BIG MISTAKE choosing him as I have lost almost 2 months and $100 while receiving nothing. Of course, I have all these documented to prove the truth of my words and the efforts I did to communicate and help him. *I would like to say that he might be competent in other areas of programming, scripting and design BUT bidding on a project he had no idea how to complete makes him VERY DANGEROUS!
 » picasso0321's reply: Hi, Alex, I agreed late on due date, but not every thing is wrong as you write here. We have designed you project as you want, you selected that design from 4-5 designs, we make that all but u havnt count that duration. and right now we have compeleted 70%-80% but you are saying 30-50% thats not good. just admin panel and just final touch was left but you canceled that just because of late. All you are saying is not good to us but really we have done 70-80% just admin panel and few design touching was left but now you left. all functionality has been done.. you just leaving us bcz of late time. any ways but i need to say you are doing wrong not with us, with ur self becz we can support u and help you any ways. Best of Luck mate..

Comments: This was my first time using a freelancer and I cannot rate this provider highly enough. Over a complicated and large scale project his communication and responsiveness to changes and requests have been superb. He takes time to understand exactly what you want, makes suggestions and most importantly gets the job done and gets the job done right. I will not hesitate to use this supplier again and would guarantee him as an excellent provider. Simply excellent!!!!
