Comments: Not sure what to say about dabdel. Accepted the project. Not a word for a week or so. Turns out some private matters he needed to take care of. That's alright but I still need to get my project done. So I can only rate this as acceptable because the project never started really. I don't believe I should rate this provider poorly, however, I do not appreciate being left in the dark or abandoned with a project still to complete. I expect, once the provider accepts the work, the provider to complete the work.
