Incomplete Report: I assigned this project over a month ago and nothing has been done on it nor has it been completed. I have tried to no avail to contact the provider for the past week and a half and no reply. Every time I check on GAF...it shows the provider not online. At this point, I am reporting this project a failure and canceling the project henceforth. No money id due this provider in any way. The project was quoted to be complete in 8 days and it has been more than 30 days without completion and the provider has even stopped communicating
 » GavaskarAnand's reply: It is too hard to complete his requirements. He keeps on increasing the requirements. Module version upgrade (starting in beta 6 and upgraded to beta 7, now the module releases 8a so he may ask me to upgrade this version), his site version upgrade (4.9.4 to 5.1.0). If the other developers made any work which will cause problem to the new version upgrade then ade asked us to do the recover process of those irrelevant work which is not stated in the requirement. He didn’t understand the dnn module concept. If anyone got an open source module and modify it in to a custom way. Is it possible to upgrade a new version without losing of the existing custom works (not included in the original module)? So what he assumed is the selected developer will work on all the consecutive works without any additional cost. His technical knowledge is very bad. That is the reason of his failure. I don’t like his attitude of blaming others if anything failed.
