Incomplete Report:
Coder was not able to respond to first and one critical and open ticket within 8 hours. There were no other issues and tickets that coder needed to attend to and clinet should have been contacted. I am sure coder can do work, but 24/7 support and fast response times were not provided.
» shanita's reply: Hello Oliver, I think there is a misunderstanding here.... From the time I started there were no tickets for the whole of last week. This week I was able to login and I mailed you the same day. After three days I see this comment here!!! If I did not have access I would not be able to take care of the ticket. I hope you and others will understand my point!!
