Incomplete Report: The provider last update was Jan 9, a good 12 days ago. The communication with the provider was really difficult. We had a deadline Jan 3rd, and still today we are way far away from the result. They delivered 3,102 contacts in 30 days, while the deal was for 100,000 in 20 days. I have to close this project as failed. They told me they had computer problems, and for this reason I am not giving a bad feedback but just close the project as failed.
