| Comments: Tony, aka AbberantConceptions, aka ACOutsource, bid $1500 on my project (107607) and received a 50% upfront payment. He then cut the description and relisted it under his other account accepting a bid for $300 from a misled developer in a disadvantaged country (116410).
Once I discovered the truth, Tony disappeared and ignored all my emails. He also refused to pay the developer for his 3 weeks of hard work and threatened to leave false feedback for me, and even to contact my client to spread lies.
Please be warned: Tony tried to make a 400% commission off my project for doing nothing. Save yourself the money, time and trouble and work with someone one on one.
If you are looking for someone, I recommend the other developer - "cheapestbestsoft". He is a great programmer, and a really great person!

| » AberrantConcepts's answer: 1. This project was canceled, you'll notice it does not appear in our won projects. A project can only be canceled mutually.
2. As the project was canceled, no payment was made. Client opted to hire somebody from a "disadvantaged country" (India).
3. Client took many weeks after selection to provide any information, at which point it was revealed the work she was asking for was far outside project scope. This is why we did not do the job. |

| Comments: I posted the project up and mentioned "rush" in the discription, In his bid he mentioned he could do it in a day. I got the first draft in 2 days, I requested some changes to the draft and havent heard from him since.
If you like to chase around a service provider for a service you paying for, hes the guy. |
| » AberrantConcepts's answer: This person received their first draft within 14 hours of awarding us the project, the changes were made and he received the final pdf within 36 hours of awarding us the project. They have yet to pay us. This feedback was unwarranted and the product of a juvenile mind without the ability to reason. We would appreciate payment. If anyone else has had a similar problem, we would like to hear about it. A message has been sent to GAF support. |
