Incomplete Report: Project two weeks overdue. I understand that people get sick and projects can be delayed, but not replying to emails is unacceptable.
 » mywriter's reply: All emails were responded to in a timely fashion. Both writers were fighting illness, as were their children. The project was a week late and almost completed, as the buyer was informed. However, he did not wish to wait any longer. We understand his dissatisfaction; however, there was always communication from our end.

Comments: Had a few issues initially with the wrong docs being sent (i.e., draft ones instead of the finished ones). Accuracy was probably the biggest issue, with little issues here and there, which caused extra work that needed to be done to either fix and/or take my time to fix. Overall done the job as expected.
 » mywriter's reply: All of our work comes with unlimited revisions. Unfortunately, we were not informed of any problems until after he had left the feedback.
