Incomplete Report: This project started off really well and was very near completion. For 10 days now i have been messaging Robert and he has not replied. My project is so behind now I'm very dissapointed with the lack of communication and just being dumped without any notice.

Incomplete Report: UBLDesigners offered the delivery of final product within 3 days but after giving him the details of the work and select him as the winner, there was no response even after 4 days. He was not responding to emails. I can understand that in some situations we will not able to keep the promise but I noticed that he was actively bidding in getafreelancer.com during the period we have silent and not responding to my emails. I lost 4 days due to his irresponsible behavior so I will NEVER use him again
 » UBLDesigners's reply: My internet went down for the first time ever, sorry had no communication untill it came up today, 2 days is all it was down, all you had to wait was 2 days... look at my feedback i dont do incomplete, we still would have done deadline for you. Sorry for this but honestly it was not our fault.

Comments: Robert was excellent to work with. We gave him a general idea about the design of our logo and waited to see what he came up with. He gave us several good designs to start with and after a few revisions we have a great design. He was always quick to take care of any change and I would definately use him again.

Comments: I was very pleased with the work and the time turn around on the logo. I was given many options with as many revisions as needed. After taking only one revision I was pleased with the outcome of the logo. I would use UBLDesigners again for anything I need that they offer. They were a pleasure to deal with. THANK YOU!

Incomplete Report: They made some banner examples i corrected something, then I got a new example, I then said they have to change a little text, but then I did not get any reply, so I think they dont want to make any revisions of a project.
