Comments: These people are a absolute NO NO. Stay away from them. In fact I gavethem a second chance when they won a bid but never responded. Eventually they did email me and I gae them a second chance. Since then they have been striging me along for weeks. They keep telling me that they will get a proof of concept done, but keep moving and finding excuses, developers resigning, and all sorts of other problems.
