Incomplete Report: The service provider was unable to start the project on time
 » RicherComm's reply: Completely false. I provided him with free headlines and bid the project for 10 days. He wanted me to drop current projects to work on his. He never responded to my request for escrow. As I write this, the 10 days aren't even over. Due to his unresponsiveness, I moved on to paying clients. I wrote articles and reviews for jackivid in it's place due to lack of response. You can read her positive review. I was willing to let the project go with no hard feelings, not realizing he would resort to this kind of pettiness. Totally unprofessional.
